Initial consultations last 2 hours and are done in person. Cost is $240, which includes the first one-hour follow-up consultation, but not any pharmacy charges if incurred (pharmacy charges are usually under $20).
Follow-up consultations are $60.
Phone consultations for acute conditions are $1/minute.
